MoDOT EmployeesThe External Civil Rights Division is responsible for administration of all programs related to non-discrimination, affirmative action, and equal opportunity, related to MoDOT contracting activities using federal funds. The primary programs include the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, Contract Compliance, On the Job Training, Title VI Non-discrimination and Commercially Useful Function Programs.

For Fiscal Year 2013 (FY2013), the FHWA Office of Civil Rights (HCR) is distributing to MoDOT's OJT SS program funds in the amount of $193,343

For Fiscal Year 2013 (FY2013), the FHWA Office of Civil Rights (HCR) is distributing to MoDOT's DBE SS program funds in the amount of $326,855

MoDOT anicipates it will release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the funding around February 2014.
